Josh Kirkland, a graphic designer with over 7 years of experience in design, publishing and marketing. He lives in the Portland, Oregon Metro area, He was born and raised right here in Oregon. His experiences have taken him from Seattle to San Diego and back again.
He has a gypsy soul but is eager that some day he will find his calling in this world we live in. Josh attended Art School in Seattle, WA
and then hit the road for sunnier skies. He is now back to his birthplace of book stores, lattés, Gortex jackets and green living.

Let's get down to business... Josh has excellent communication skills, is comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline driven environments, and is capable of finding creative problem-solving solutions within a specific budget. Josh is also fully versed in Adobe's Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. He also has a basic understanding of Dreamweaver and designing for
the web.

Josh's previous experience includes over 5 years designing print and online advertising for an equestrian magazine/design boutique based in San Diego. His responsibilities varied from designing ads to maintaining in-house and customer websites and creating HTML emails for in house promotions. He also worked on the layout and design of a monthly magazine and an annual horseman's directory, in addition to designing many logo/corporate identities and a variety of print assets.

However, his skills are not limited to print design and branding, and Josh's most recent work has included a successful foray into social media design and direction, brand imaging and marketing design. He's a versatile, motivated addition who would be a valuable asset to any business, design department, or creative team.
